The initiative to establish the park and promenade in the Rawdah neighborhood comes within the framework of the community partnership between the Jeddah Municipality and Amwaj Real Estate Company Limited. It includes the construction and rehabilitation of a park covering an area of 3,670 square meters and a promenade 1,000 meters long, which is one of the urban beautification projects contributing to improving the quality of life.

The Municipality stated that the park contains more than 75 trees, including 59 new trees and 1,388 shrubs, in addition to ground covers and natural grass. It pointed out that the design aims to provide attractive elements for visitors, enhancing the site by improving the visual and aesthetic aspects of the spaces.
It is worth mentioning that the Jeddah Municipality seeks to activate community partnership with the private sector by signing agreements for the sponsorship of public facilities according to exemplary principles, ensuring their sustainability and contributing to improving the quality of life for residents.
